We plan and set up contractors for regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections. We set up landscaping, gardening, snow removal, and any other needed contractual services with the Board’s selection. We prepare budgets, AGM’s, Required Annual Returns with the Condominium Authority of Ontario, Government Mandated Forms, and so much more. We make ourselves easily accessible and have quick response times. We offer a 24hr emergency call service for any extenuating circumstances, such as fire, flood, or unexpected emergencies which would require immediate action.
