Sunshine Property Management Inc. (Licence #0016149693-CMP) was created in 2013 to provide Condominium Corporations, Board of Directors, Owners and Tenants with a service of commitment, communication, and education.

We believe that a long-term relationship can be achieved when the Property Manager adequately communicates with all who have a vested interest in the Corporation. We will act honestly and in good faith and exercise the care and due diligence as set forth by the Condominium Act 1998, the Corporations Declaration, and the By-Laws. All owners and shareholders of the Corporation shall be treated with respect they are due. You will experience 24-hour emergency services, e-mail contact, and all non-emergency phone calls will be returned within 24 hours.
